Schedule 8, paragraph 8(3)

An undertaking under this section is known as— an “undertaking in lieu of a reference” where it is accepted in circumstances where this section applies by virtue of subsection (1)(a) or (b); an “undertaking in lieu of a report” where it is accepted in circumstances where this section applies by virtue of subsection (1)(c).
