Schedule 4, Part 1, paragraph 3(8)

In section 75 — for subsection (2), substitute— “Waste” means anything that is waste within the meaning of Article 3(1) of Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste. omit subsections (10) to (12).
