Schedule 29, Part 2, paragraph 90

The Environmental Damage (Prevention and Remediation) (England) Regulations 2015 are amended as follows. In the heading of regulation 10, and in regulation 10(1), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”. In regulation 11(1), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”. In paragraph 1(a) of Schedule 4, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
