Section 29(17)

A customer is not required under paragraph (13), (14) or (16) to provide information which that person would be entitled to refuse to provide on grounds of legal professional privilege in proceedings in the High Court (or, in Scotland, on the ground of confidentiality of communications in the Court of Session).
