Section 51(2)

The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

A supervisory authority within regulation 7 must on request provide the Treasury with such information collected under paragraph (1) as may be specified by the Treasury, for the purpose of enabling the Treasury to perform its functions under these Regulations.
