The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

The Commissioners must offer a person (“P”) a review of a decision that has been notified to P if an appeal lies under this Chapter in respect of the decision.
