Schedule 3, paragraph 5

The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (EEA Passport Rights) Regulations 2001 are amended as follows. In regulation 1(2) (citation, commencement and interpretation), in the definition of “tied agent”, for “4.1.25” substitute “ 4.1.29 ”. In regulation 3(2ZA) (contents of regulator's notice), for “31.5” substitute “ 34.6 ”.
