In the Payment to Treasury of Penalties (Enforcement Costs of the Payment Systems Regulator) Order 2015 — in article 1(2) (citation, commencement and interpretation) omit the definition of “the 2009 Regulations”; in article 2 (enforcement powers) omit paragraph (d); in article 3 (relevant offences) omit paragraph (c).
