Section 21(4A)

The definition of “goods relating to chemical and biological weapons” does not apply to anything specified in Part 4 of Schedule 3C— which is— a pharmaceutical formulation designed for human administration in the treatment of a medical condition; and pre-packaged for distribution as a medicinal product; or which is a medical device.
