Section 61B(4A)

The prohibition in regulation 57J(1) is not contravened by the movement of a Russian aircraft if— a direction has been given in relation to that aircraft under regulation 57J(3)(b), (5)(b) or (6)(c), and the movement of the aircraft is in accordance with that direction.
