Section 9

The following activities are specified under section 71K of FSMA 2000 as designated activities for the purposes of that Act— offering relevant securities to the public in the United Kingdom; communicating an advertisement relating to an offer of relevant securities to the public in the United Kingdom; disclosing, otherwise than in an advertisement, information relating to such an offer.
