paragraph 3 is replaced by the following: ‘3. Exposures to churches or religious communities constituted in the form of a legal person under public law shall, in so far as they raise taxes in accordance with legal acts conferring on them the right to do so, be treated as exposures to regional governments and local authorities. In that case, paragraph 2 shall not apply.’ ;
