paragraph 5 is replaced by the following: ‘5. By way of derogation from paragraphs - 1 and 1, exposures to regional governments or local authorities of the Member States that are not referred to in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 and are denominated and funded in the domestic currency of that regional government or local authority shall be assigned a risk weight of 20 %.’ ;
