COMMISSION NOTICE Guidance to the Member States for the collection of the data and the information referred to in Article 6 (5), points (a) to (d), of Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 of the European Parliament and the Council · European Union

This document is addressed to Member States, but it also concerns third countries, i.e. countries which are not Member States of the European Union (EU), that concluded an agreement with the EU for extending the applicability of the Regulation to those countries. References in this document to ‘Member States’ or ‘the EU’ are, accordingly, to be understood as referring to those third countries, as well.
