COMMISSION NOTICE Guidance to the Member States for the collection of the data and the information referred to in Article 6 (5), points (a) to (d), of Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 of the European Parliament and the Council · European Union

Under Article 6(10), first subparagraph, of the Regulation, the Commission is to provide for a standardised template for the collection by Member States of the data and the information referred to in Article 6(5), points (a) to (d) of the Regulation, including the information referred to in Article 6(9) of the same Regulation. Such standardised template aims at ensuring uniform conditions for the collection of data and information for the purpose of adding a category of machinery or related products to Annex I to that Regulation or withdrawing a category of machinery or related products from that Annex.
