| 86. | The Commission recalls the obligations for all providers of intermediary services as regards terms and conditions set out in Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, which includes the obligation for providers of intermediary services to explain the conditions for, and any restrictions on, the use of the service in a clear, plain, intelligible, user-friendly and unambiguous language. In addition, Article 14(3) of that Regulation specifies that intermediary services primarily directed to minors or predominantly used by them, should provide this information in a way that minors can understand (97) (98).
